How to use this Best Practice

The headstart addresses the questions of why it is important to provide a code of conduct, what it means to have a CoC for everyone, what is needed to develop a CoC and 3 steps to be taken to develop one:

Step 1: Explain to your staff what a code of conduct is and why it is important

Step 2: Invite your staff members to formulate their preferred rules

Step 3: Reflect at the end of the meeting on how it went.
