FOODSHIFT Pathways
The FoodShift Pathways project aims to transform the food system through education and collaboration. It focuses on raising awareness and building competencies related to sustainability, environmental literacy, and global citizenship among students. The project brings together partners from Sweden, Greece, Denmark, the Netherlands, Spain, and Portugal to develop educational strategies that address the current challenges in food systems. By integrating digital resources, interactive workshops, and collaborative learning scenarios, FoodShift Pathways empowers teachers and students to become agents of change in their communities, fostering innovation and sustainability in the food sector
