Digital Portfolio
Portfolios are spaces where students can collect their work and are an ideal space for educators to follow their learning progress. They can also be individual spaces, to which only the learner has access and with the possibility to share with the teacher a few selected items only. When properly structured, they can work as a good companion for students to reflect on their progress. Portfolios can be digital or physical and are often used for formative and summative assessments. The use of portfolios can be a wise choice as it allows the collection of essays, reports, self-reflection and other pieces of evidence of the student’s journey’s choices, advances and reflections.
We provide here some examples of free tools that can be used to support the creation of portfolios:

These are just a few suggestions that provide students with various ways to build and present their portfolios, fostering creativity and reflective learning.
