In this lesson, the students are asked various mystery questions. These are structured as a kind of puzzle and the solution is not obvious at first.
Thematically, all the questions revolve around the topics of “sustainable consumption”, “sustainable nutrition” and the global impact of nutrition in general.
After receiving the questions, the students are given access to a padlet, which serves as a research tool. A wide variety of content (texts, videos, statistics, etc.) is provided there, the same for all questions, from which the students can draw information specific to their problem question in order to solve the “puzzle” in group work.
At the end of the double lesson, a joint discussion of the content under the umbrella of “sustainable nutrition” is encouraged.
