Teachers efficacy is more successful the greater the feeling of belonging to the group, in this case specifically to the school project. Teachers need to feel like an integral and active part of the entire school project. If they feel that their voices are heard, their commitment will be greater and more effective. It is up to the school board managed to ensure that the members of the community are happy; happy people are more inspired, and therefore can inspire others
