Building on our experience and on the success of the SYNAPSES Summer Schools of 2024 and 2025, we are proud to present the SYNAPSES Summer School 2026.
This course is part of the International Erasmus+ School Heads and Teacher Training Academy on Teaching for Sustainability Citizenship, designed to safeguard long-term impact while expanding pre- and in-service training opportunities for educators. It aligns with a standards-based framework that promotes continuous professional development and lifelong learning.
The course is Accredited by the University of Bayreuth and the Academia SYNAPSES, and endorsed by the European Physical Society, o European Countries Biologists Association and the European School Heads Association.
The course is included in the 2026 training activities of the European School Innovation Academy – ESIA.
ERASMUS+
In case your school or organization does not have the funds to cover the costs of your participation in the Summer School, there is another option: you can apply to be funded by by the ERASMUS+ Programme.
Please note: the Erasmus+ KA1 application can only be submitted by the school or the organization – no individual applications can be submitted.
The deadline for Erasmus+ KA1 is 19 February 2026.
