The whole school approach presents a strategy to involve all members of the school community (leaders, educators, non-teaching staff, students, parents, families and other relevant stakeholders) in a collective effort to improve students’ learning experiences and educational outcomes. It is built on the importance of shared responsibility of all stakeholders of the community in fostering a positive and inclusive school environment. It is a very powerful approach that requires cyclical processes that address the needs of the school community as overall and promote an atmosphere of mutual support and growth.
