You have drafted your Green Action Plan! But now the implementation…

While your role as a school head is to set direction, as mentioned in the previous section, input of the entire school environment is invaluable.

While some school environments have engaged and empowered teachers to take action and feel like they can make a difference, this is not always the case.

In schools where teachers seem to be stepping on the break, it can be useful to focus extra on how to cultivate collective teacher efficacy (Level 2).

The design form below provides a self authoring tool and can guide you into Cultivating Collective Teacher Efficacy.
